We turn the games your players love into plushies, figures, and collectibles — with the potential to unlock exclusive Roblox Commerce DLC codes as your community grows.
You build the game. We bridge the world it lives in to the world your players live in.
Show us a game with a fanbase that already loves it. Any size — we care about engagement, not playcount.
Plushies, figures, tees, keychains, posters. We mock it up, you sign off. Your IP, your call.
Manufacturing, fulfillment, support, returns. You keep building the game. Zero ops on your end.
A unique code drops in-game items via Roblox Commerce. Real-world purchase, real in-game reward.
Pitch us your game. We'll respond within 48 hours.
We're a small studio just starting out, so we're focused on doing two things really well — premium plushies and collector-grade vinyl figures. More formats (apparel, pins, prints) will join the lineup as we grow.

I run TinyBlox — a Roblox YouTube channel with 283,737 subscribers. I've spent years inside the Roblox community, and I know what fans actually want.
The reason I started Geared is because I see a serious gap in the Roblox marketplace.
With the new Roblox Commerce functionality, developers can take their games further than a logo on a t-shirt. Games like Dandy's World have already implemented their own merch, but not every developer is willing to open a whole new branch of business just to merchandise their game.
That's where Geared comes in. You handle integrating the items into your game, and we handle turning your game into a real-world product. Every product ships with a DLC code that unlocks in-game rewards — adding a level of buyer interest that surpasses any normal collectible.
I'm well aware this isn't going to be easy. Crowdfunded plushies and licensed Roblox merchandise already exist. But every business starts somewhere, and coming from the creator side, I've watched developers light up communities that would happily own a piece of the worlds they play in. Geared bridges two models — physical manufacturing and digital item fulfillment — in a way crowdfunding platforms can't, and that bigger, slower-moving brands aren't set up to do.
No matter the size of your game, if you have players who genuinely love what you've created, I'd love to make something great with you.
Got a game players love? No matter the size, we'll bring it to life.
