The Process

From playerbase to product.

You build the game. We bridge the world it lives in to the world your players live in.

01

You bring the players

Show us a game with a fanbase that already loves it. Any size — we care about engagement, not playcount.

02

We design the gear

Plushies, figures, tees, keychains, posters. We mock it up, you sign off. Your IP, your call.

03

We handle production

Manufacturing, fulfillment, support, returns. You keep building the game. Zero ops on your end.

04

Every product unlocks DLC

A unique code drops in-game items via Roblox Commerce. Real-world purchase, real in-game reward.

Frequently Asked

Questions devs ask first.

Everything you might want to know before pitching us. If something's not here, ask in the form.

Is my game big enough to work with you?
If you have players who genuinely love what you've built, you're big enough. We work with games of every scale — from tight-knit communities of 10K daily players to platform-wide hits. Engagement matters more than raw playcount.
Who owns the IP and creative direction?
You do. Always. We license the IP for the run only. You approve every design, every prototype, and every piece of marketing copy — and you can walk away at any approval gate before production begins, no strings attached.
How do the Roblox Commerce DLC codes work — and does my game qualify?
Each eligible box ships with a unique one-time code printed on a card. The player redeems it on your game via Roblox Commerce, and you decide what it unlocks — a cosmetic, a pet, a permanent skin, an emote, an XP boost. Roblox sets the eligibility bar: your experience needs at least 100K average DAU over the last 90 days, OR 1M+ Robux average monthly earnings over the last 90 days, OR a written $50K+/yr ad agreement with Roblox. If you don't qualify yet, the product still ships with full custom art and packaging — just no in-game code. We can re-add the DLC layer later if your game crosses the threshold.
What's the revenue split?
Transparent and case-by-case. We build a deal that reflects the size of your audience and the scope of the run. Revenue splits are industry-competitive and tailored to your volume and SKU mix.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
No. Geared funds production. You bring the game, the players, and the in-engine integration; we bring the manufacturing, fulfillment, and ops budget.
How long does a partnership take, end to end?
A typical first run is 14–20 weeks: 2–3 weeks of design, 4 weeks of prototyping and approvals, 8–12 weeks of manufacturing and fulfillment setup. Apparel-only runs can finish in 6–8 weeks; plush and figures take longer.
What if my game gets featured / blows up mid-run?
Best problem to have. We can do drop-style limited runs, restock waves, or expand the catalog mid-partnership. Our manufacturing partners scale.
Where do you ship?
Day one: US and Canada. EU and UK by end of 2026. Other regions through resellers — we'll talk you through it during pitch review.
Can I pitch you multiple games?
Yes. Studios with multiple titles are welcome to pitch a portfolio. We may pick one to start and roll out others over time.

The Story

Why Geared.

Years inside the Roblox community.

I run TinyBlox — a Roblox YouTube channel with 283,737 subscribers. I've spent years inside the Roblox community, and I know what fans actually want.

The reason I started Geared is because I see a serious gap in the Roblox marketplace.

With the new Roblox Commerce functionality, developers can take their games further than a logo on a t-shirt. Games like Dandy's World have already implemented their own merch, but not every developer is willing to open a whole new branch of business just to merchandise their game.

That's where Geared comes in. You handle integrating the items into your game, and we handle turning your game into a real-world product. Every product ships with a DLC code that unlocks in-game rewards — adding a level of buyer interest that surpasses any normal collectible.

I'm well aware this isn't going to be easy. Crowdfunded plushies and licensed Roblox merchandise already exist. But every business starts somewhere, and coming from the creator side, I've watched developers light up communities that would happily own a piece of the worlds they play in. Geared bridges two models — physical manufacturing and digital item fulfillment — in a way crowdfunding platforms can't, and that bigger, slower-moving brands aren't set up to do.

No matter the size of your game, if you have players who genuinely love what you've created, I'd love to make something great with you.
